Sky Elite Hospitality – Terms & Conditions
1. Nature of Service
Sky Elite Hospitality acts as an intermediary / booking facilitator between customers and hotels.
We do not own or operate hotels.
2. Pricing & GST
Prices shared may include or exclude taxes depending on the package.
GST is applicable as per government regulations.
For eligible bookings, GST invoice will be issued as per applicable service model.
3. Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after:
✔ Payment received
✔ Confirmation from hotel
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct details: Name , Dates , Number of guests and other booking related information. Any change may result in additional charges.
5. Third-Party Responsibility
Hotel services (cleanliness, staff, amenities) are managed by the hotel. We are not liable for service issues at the property.
6. Payment Terms
Advance or full payment may be required. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
7. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for: Travel delays , Loss/damage of personal belongings ,Hotel policy changes
