Sky Elite Hospitality – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Sky Elite Hospitality, we operate as a travel service provider offering hotel booking and related services. All refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective hotel and service providers.
1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp/email.
Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel policy.
Some bookings (especially discounted or peak season) may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after confirmation from the hotel.
If eligible, refund will be initiated within 5–10 working days.
The actual credit timeline depends on the payment method/bank.
3. Service Charges
Our service/booking charges are non-refundable.
Only the refundable portion (if any) from the hotel will be returned.
4. No Show / Early Check-out
No refund will be provided for: No show , Early check-out ,Partial usage .
5. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, strikes, etc.), refund will depend solely on hotel policies.
